The number is more than one standard deviation above the recent average, which is expected at 16% of the time (or 1 in six days), so it is not concerning; Overall, cases are flat for the last three weeks. It is worth noting that, over over that time, 22% of the positives have been from colleges; today, colleges account for 16% cases. Regionally, all districts showing are flat to negative case growth.
